Cannot save pdf files in document cloud

My internet is working fine but whenever I try saving a pdf in adobe cloud, it shows this (red highlight):

OS: win7 64bit

I have a proxy setting which I have used to access the internet. Can anyone help me why I can't save files to the document cloud? Firewall access is provided and antivirus software has been set to give access to acrobat reader.
