Cannot sign in: Access Denied

Hi, 

I want to save my files to the Adobe Document Cloud through the Acrobat Reader DC application on my Mac, but I constantly get the "access denied" error after signing in.

Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how can I get it fixed?
