When I click on the 'sign in' link in Acrobat Reader (upper right corner) a screen seems to temporarily pop up and then nothing happens. I am not signed in. Thanks for your reply already.

Hi Joostb20871753,

Please confirm version of your operating system and Adobe Reader?

If its windows-

Try closing the Processes through task manager and then relaunch Reader.

If there is any antivirus then turn the protection off and try launching the Reader and sign in.

for Mac-

Close all the Adobe instances from Activity monitor and try signing in the Reader.

Please share the screenshot of the error message that you get during sign in.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hi there, thanks for your reply. I am on Windows 7, Reader 11.0.18.21

I closed and restarted: same error. I cannot seem to make a screenshot of the screen that opensfor a fewseconds before closing again. In any case: there is nothing to see/read on that screen. It is the contours of a screen, that is all there is to see. After the screen disappears nothing has happened and I am not signed in....

Thanks again for your support,
