Cannot view full document?

Hi, when I try to save a word document (made in Publisher 2016) in PDF format and try to open it I am unable to view the left and right sides of the document.  I can open the Pub file with no problem.  I reinstalled he Adobe reader thinking I might have a corrupt file but nothing changed.  I have even tried this on two seperate computers.  Any thoughts.  Thanks Don

How did you exactly save a word document to pdf? Was it using the "Create pdf" feature of Adobe Acrobat application or you are just saving the pdf as .pdf file?

To convert a word document to pdf we suggest you to use the "Create PDF" feature of Adobe Acrobat application, because when you just a save word file as .pdf then its Microsoft's feature which work on its own mechanism and we don't have hold on this.

How the pdf file opens up its format, that completely depends on what type of document you have started with and how did the pdf was created.
