Hi All

 

We are sorry for the delay in response and the trouble caused.  As described the application is not opening.

 

Please try the following steps and see if that works 

 

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try installing the application there and check.
