Cant open pdf. Need help

Everytime I try to open a pdf from the internet and download I get this error. can someone help me please

I just resolved this issue for a client of mine.

I'm not sure what the exact nature of the "bad request" is, but it seems you can solve it by changing your DNS server settings. I like to use Cloudflare's public DNS server (1.1.1.1) as my Primary, and Google's (8.8.8.8) as my secondary.

As soon as I changed those values, the issue disappeared.
