p.s. when offered the download, check carefully if mcaffee antivirus is about to be installed, too.  if it is, and you do not want that, be sure to untick the option to install that.

Perhaps there is only one version for Windows 11.

I took the screenshot in Firefox, and tried it now in Private Mode (so without any cookies), and it still does the same... Maybe it's a regional thing?

See this help page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html

The 64-bit version was rolled out by geographical location, but is now available everywhere. This page also tells how Windows users can identify their version.

@jane-e

i'm not sure how that's relevant to me or the op unless you're incorrect and 64 bit is not available in the usa.

Hi @kglad

Just wanted to check whether you could see the option to download the 64-bit Acrobat/Reader. I second @jane-e statement that it should now be available for all everywhere.

Have you tried it from this page? https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html

Thanks,

Akanchha

Same problem. An alternative would be to get Adobe Acrobat from the Microsoft Store if you're on Windows 11/10.

I have the same issue, and I end up using my other computer, a MAC, to download the Windows installer.
