Real late to this conversation but I had the same issue and what fixed it for me was using a VPN and connecting to outside the US.  Ig its not available in the US 😕😕

I have the same issue, and I end up using my other computer, a MAC, to download the Windows installer.

Same problem. An alternative would be to get Adobe Acrobat from the Microsoft Store if you're on Windows 11/10.

p.s. when offered the download, check carefully if mcaffee antivirus is about to be installed, too.  if it is, and you do not want that, be sure to untick the option to install that.

Perhaps there is only one version for Windows 11.

@try67

that's interesting.  i don't see that with chrome, edge, firefox or tor and i've cleared adobe.com cookies (and i have a 64 bit os).

See this help page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/about-acrobat-reader-dc-migration-to-64-bit.html

The 64-bit version was rolled out by geographical location, but is now available everywhere. This page also tells how Windows users can identify their version.

Works fine for me... Try it here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
