cant select adobe acrobat reader version

I cant select the Adobe Acrobat version after selecting the OS and Language - it is greyed out. Have tried in different browsers and no change

Real late to this conversation but I had the same issue and what fixed it for me was using a VPN and connecting to outside the US.  Ig its not available in the US 😕
