Cant sign PDF with DoD CAC

Cant sign PDF with DoD CAC.  Error Number varies. Have removed all cert's from Windows Internet Options and AppData\......\Crypto directory. Then replaced. Reopened Adobe DC. Same issue.  Please Help.
