Certificate issuer not trusted issue

Our company have paid adobe license. But some users are facing Certificate issuer is not trusted. We have excluded adobe from the firewall. But users are still getting the warning. Can you help me out here?

It seems that you are trying to add the certificate to the application. Ensure that you check the Adobe trusted list member here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/approved-trust-list1.html. 

Please share the screenshot of the error message you get when trying to add the certificate.

When you say some users, did you check if others can add it without issues?

Share the application and OS version number.
