Change language of acrobat reader dc on a macbook

My acrobat seems to be in  Dutch and I can not change it to Spanish

I've tried to go into the options and the only option is same as operating system(Which happens to be in Catalan)

I've tried to uninstall and download version in Spanish, but when I open it it still is in Dutch.

Can someone please explain why a simple option like changing the language has to be so hard?
