Changes to PDF out of sync on Reader DC

Question

I have Adobe Reader DC 11.0.0 (I know it's not up-to--date but leave that for another topic) as well as the mobile app for Android. The OS is Mac OS X 10.7.5.. The thing is changes I made to either of these are not present in the other one. For example, I modify a mobile version, then I go to DC website, I don't see these modifications (such as annotations). The only kind of synced changes was those mode on a Win version on another computer but not on DC site nor on the desktop. When I sign in to my account on Reader it shows a message "There was error when logging in" or smth like that. I also have the Firewall enabled. That's the only surmise of why it fails I was able to come up with.

Also I don't see any option to send/save it to DC

It seems the issue has gone by itself. Perhaps it's just additional actions on part of the user (like, "click another link and then return") that are required in order to force the state to reload/refresh to display updated contents. It's puzzling why Adobe hasn't embedded a simple control to reload.. Beyond me.

Another thing and this is in reply to the MVP (hinting at some higher rank on the scale of level of knowledge obviously owned by that person): Acrobat Reader sure doesn't support Document Cloud but those that still can't or don't want to use it still aren't out of luck because there's an option the MVP skipped mentioning, that is, Document Cloud is just the parallel alteration of Acrobat.com the latter serving as DC analogue for v11 and earlier versions. After I updated to 11.0.11 I got a newer version not only with built-in online service sharing but a discontinued MobileLink service acting in the vein of mobile UX represented by their Acrobat Reader mobile app. That's what I'd like to mention for those who might get into a similar trouble.

Update 2/1/18. I manually updated to the latest version of Acrobat XI which was 11.0.23.

There is no such thing as Reader DC 11.0. It's Reader DC (with access to the document cloud) or Reader 11 (without).
