Check out documents pop up question

Every time I open a PDF file I get this question:

Everytime I close the pdf I got two similar questions:

When you work hundreds of PDF's daily this not only gets tiring, but time consuming.
Is there a way to remove this questions or choose a default setting like "always check out the file"?

Could you please confirm how you are opening PDFs? Are they saved locally on the machine, or are you opening them from a shared drive? Also, confirm if this happens with all the PDFs.

More information would be helpful to provide you with the correct information.
