Chinese words can be shown

As all you can see, when i typ Chinese, it becomes the above situtaion.

After saved, the only words can be shown is 大大，and other Chinese words became weird.

I have asked for weeks.  One of the CS just cut my line. One of the CS asked me to type English instead when I have to prepare a Chinese documents.
