Cloud storage

I am having difficulty accessing cloud storage from my work phone. It would just tell me to connect to a network, but I had network connectivity. I tried clearing cache, signing out and back in, reinstalling and even tried accessing it from a Web browser, but nothing has worked. I have a lot of important documents on there, so any fix would be appreciated.

Adobe Creative Cloud is not the same as Apple iCloud.

They are two separate things.

I am connected to EE via my work mobile. I've only noticed this issue in
the last couple of weeks. It was working fine before then. I still have
plenty of data left.
