Colors not showing properly in pdf.

We have a client which has a rare issue.

When opening a PDF File with artwork in it.
The colors which are originally like this:

are showing like the following:

We are out of solutions.
Replacement of Colors is unchecked.

It is not constant, once it opens like normally and after a few times it opens like with these weird colours.
