Combined PDF Missing Pages

I've combined about 14 files into one large PDF and although all of the original PDFs had all of their pages present, the combined file is missing random pages. I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat 2020 as well as the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. At other times, the combined file looks okay when I've created it, but when others in my organisation try to read it, they are missing pages in their file. What could be causing this and more importantly, how do we fix it please?

What application are the other people using to view the file when this happens? Ask them for screenshots, as sometimes people assume they use Reader when in fact they open the file in a browser window, or some other application.

Hi Thanks for your reply. They are using Adobe Acrobat Reader. I shadowed someone this morning on his computer and I could see he was using the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I think the issue lies in the combining of the files. I did some more testing and it was a bit glitchy when I was trying to combine them. I've ended up doing things the long way and cross checking and it's worked, but it's a bit of a pain to have to do it this way.

This is not normal behavior. Could you share the original files, as well as the combined file?
