Comments and text fields disappeared

Bei mehreren PDF Dateien sind die Kommentare verschwunden.

Die Dateien wurden 2021 mit der damaligen Adobe Reader Version erstellt.

Dabei wurden Kommentare sowie Textfelder erstellt.

Diese sind nun nicht mehr vorhanden.

Der Adobe Reader ist auf der aktuellsten Version.

Auch auf anderen Rechnern in unserem Netzwerk sind die Kommentare nicht im Adobe sichtbar.

Die Geschützte Ansicht sowie die geschützte Ansicht ist aus/deaktiviert.

Also, if would be great if you could share a sample file with us where you experienced the issue.

I was on vacation so i´m sry for my late response.

I opened the files on the web portal, but it did not show the comments.

I sent you 3 examples via message.

I have already shared the files with the team for further investigation and will update the thread as soon as I hear back.

I think i´ve got a solution.

The Files were created by my Colleague via his own private Notebook.

He sent it per Mail to his Work Email and after that, the comments were gone.

So, i asked him to export his comments (.fdf File).

Is there another Way without the extra export of the comments ?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing back.

The best solution, as discussed, would be to share the file using the export or share option-> generate the link and either share them directly through the share sheet using the recipient's email or copy the link and paste them to the apps through which you want to share them to.
