Theire website proudly states that you can talk to a person, but I've spent over an hour trying (and failing) to find so much as an email address.
Does anyone have an email address I could use? Their chat function doesn't appear to be functional (or I just can't find it) and I don't exactly want to call them, I'd rather just do it by email. I live in the UK, if its relevant.
