Hello everybody,

I get the Software Acrobat Pro lizense, because I would like to convert mails from Outlook in PDF. If I clothed a Project, I like to archive all mails from Outlook which are from the project, to Archive them for future question and so on...

The function to convert one or more mails in an PDF file is there, but I have a problem with all mails which are archived from Outlook.

for example, a mail from Outlook which is in the archived status.

If I like to convert this mail with other mails from Outlook to PDF I have the following problem:

Acrobat use the archived mail without the attached file.

Is it possible, that Acrobat can open the original mail with the attached file and save that one in the PDF?

Otherwise I have not the function I need, to create a PDF document when I clothed a project.

Thanks all for your help!

Greetings from Germany

Thomas

Hi ThomasMöllerf,

Apologies for the delayed response.

Please share the OS, application and Outlook versions that you are using.

Also, please share the exact workflow that you follow to convert the mail to PDF to help us understand the issue better, since we tried converting the archived emails to PDF in outlook and it worked well.

Thanks,

Supriya
