convert from DWG files to pdf

Hi

we have an issue related to convert DWG files to PDF we get this erreo

( conversion to autocad files has been disabled , ) we followed the instractions to solve this issue but we couldnt find the path that provided

    Please link to instruction and tell exactly the path that you cannot find - and how much of the path does exist.

    Hi

    As Adobe Instructions we need to follow a path that not exist in our laptop,
    this link includes all the settings that we tried to follow, but we failed to find it as per the prtsc.

    Thank you, so it is a registry path. You do not see FeatureState? "In the registry editor, based on your installed version of the product, go the version-specific location listed below, and create the key FeatureState at the location; the key may not be present by default."


    Thanks for your replay,

    we tried to create the key in the attached prtsc and also the feature still not working,

    also we tried to uninstall and reinstall the program again and the same is existed.

     

    Note : this feature was working normally last week and no change has been done from our end.
