When I try to use the Convert option it now just takes me to the website page for purchasing the option to convert
Thanks, Amal, I'm not sure what caused the problem but I found that if I closed the purchase page I was left with the sign in option. When I signed in I could then carry on with converting the file. The following day, when I switched on and tried to convert a file everything was back to normal. Ain't technology wonderful!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described on when you try to use the convert option it now just takes you to the website page for purchasing.
Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to convert? Are you trying to export the PDF to a different format? If yes, please try to logout of the application and reboot the computer once and re-login to the application using the same Adobe ID and password and see if that helps.
Also, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once and check.
You may also try to create a new test user profile in Windows with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
