Convert to Excel goes to Pricing Page

I have been converting files to Excel for years but it has recently not allowed me to do so.  When converting pdf files to Excel it redirects me to the pricing option page.  The proper licensing for such features have been purchased by my employer.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled and ensured that I have logged in correctly.  It works properly for my coworkers.  Suggestions?

So I logged in with and account that I know doesn't have a subscription and got the same page as you. I would suggest checking to see if your account is valid with Adobe customer service.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. A subscription is good either using through Reader or if you go to the link above. As far as I know, there is no difference. Just log-in with the same information.

If you cannot log-in, there may be a problem with your account. That's what we're checking here.

Did you not get a log-in screen at first?
