Windows 11 Pro. Adobe Acrobat Reader ver 2023-008-20421 64 bit. Previously, when I opened up a PDF document, the "export" feature would automatically open up on the right side of the document. Now, I have to manually click the very small arrow key on the right side to bring up the export feature. I have clicked on the small arrow to open the export feature once and then went to Edit > Preferences > Documents > Select the option 'Restore last view settings when reopening documents' and 'remember current state of tools pane' > Clicked OK. This did not work. Does anyone know how to now have the export feature automatically appear when i open up a pdf?

Hi karaptian,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please confirm if you are using any subscriptions? Please share the screenshot of the option you are referring to that opens the Export feature.

Did you start experiencing this behavior change after the recent update or with the new Acrobat version?

More information would be helpful.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
