We're sorry for the trouble you had with the conversion of a Word document to PDF. Are you saving the Word document using Save As PDF options?
I have checked the records with your Adobe ID(email) which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums and found that you are not subscribed to any Adobe Document Cloud or Acrobat subscription/license.
If you are using the save as PDF, you are using the Microsoft feature to convert it to PDF and this may cause some issue in the PDF as the file is not created as Adobe PDF.
