Hi, i get a Crash on every Launch of Reader in M1 MacBook Air with latest Ventura OS ...
I did download twice from the Adobe Page in between one week and it always crashed imediately on every Launch. The Installation goes normal without issues.
Any Idea?

Hi @ogni65

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Please try the troubleshooting steps suggested below and see if that makes a difference.

1- try removing the application once again using the cleaner tool.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

2- If it still doesn't work, then create the Root account on mac and launch Acrobat Reader. Enable Root account

Thanks,

Akanchha

OK, i used the root user and could launch the Adobe Reader, but as soon as i log back in as myself, the App crashes again.

I deinstalled, reinstalled, used the cleaner, etc. and rebooted in between. Nothing changes the behavior.

Whatelse i can do?
