Ctrl+C not working from inside textbox.

New Here ,
Mar 27, 2024 Mar 27, 2024

After I uninstalled my Adobe Reader and installed the latest version from my "Creative Cloud Desktop" in my Windows computer, the Ctrl+C stopped working (when coping from a textbox). I'm using the exact same documents that were working perfectly fine, and the minute the new version/upgraded was installed, the Ctrl+C is no longer working. I repeat it's not working when copying from textbox, when I copy from regular text it does works. Anyone else exprienced this? any solutions? thanks

Hi Easy Build Contractors,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or with all. Would you mind sharing the PDF with us?

Try once repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

Also, try creating a test PDF with a similar text box and check if you can select the text from it.

Share the Acrobat and OS version that is currently installed.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
