Dark gray area showing pdf

Hi

I am having trouble showing a PDF file using Acrobat Reader DC.

I am using 'Display PDF in browser' to show the PDF doc.

Sometimes it works fine (screen print 2) and sometimes not (screen print 1).

On screen print no. 1 there is a dark gray area which occurs randomly (both position and size of area) 

Any ideas ?

What happens when you open the file in Acrobat Reader?

I have now downgraded Acrobat Reader. The problem seems to come in version 10.1.5. Verion 10.1.4 works fine !

Both versions are very old.
