Why do date fields populate as they are supposed to and then go away when my digital signature show up on an adobe form?

To understand it better, do you mean that when you open the form the date field appears there.

Once you add the digital signature, the date field disappears from the form.

If this is the case, please check if it occurs with a particular form or with all.

What are the dot version of Adobe application and OS you using?

Please provide some more information about the issue.

When I press the field to sign the digital signature, the date populates as it is supposed to in the field for date next to it.  Once, My signature populates in it's field the date goes blank again.

Could you please share the screenshot of the date populates and once you add the signature in the field.

Did you check if it happens with other documents as well or it is an issue with a particular file?

To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:

Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
