I have tried the cleaning tool with complete removal and reinstall and the program crashes after opening a pdf file. Can anybody help resolve this problem?

You'll need to provide a lot more information... Starting with:

- What's your OS?

- When exactly is the application crashing? Does it happen with all files or just some?

- Is there an error messages of some kind? If so, what does it say?

The update did NOT help this issue.  Before the update I would get two error messages every time I opened a PDF.  After the update the program simply stops working when I open a PDF and closes.  The program is basically unusable.
