Hello,

we have digital signature to sign PDF document. When we sign document by this digital signature, there is no name of the certificate in Signs pane. Instead of that there is written "Rev. 2: Signed by : Not Specified."

Signature is valid, I can view signatures detail.

Please where can I setup to displaing the name of the owner of digital signature.

I have tried to sign a document in other program, the name of the owner is placed to the line Signed by. So I suppose siganture is OK.

Thank You

Jaromir

Hello @Jaromir6C14 ,

In the Signature panel, certificate's name is displayed after "signed by :" followed by emai address in < >.

Could you please tell us how this certificate was created and also if possible could you share once such signed file with us?

Also, has this issue started happening recently ?

Thanks,

Prashant.
