Disable protected mode for adobe acrobat reader in citrix environment

Hi

I have adobe acrobat reader 2019.010.20099 installed on citrix.

I want to disable the protected mode. I can do it via Edit-> Preferences -> Security(advanced) and this setting is getting disabled for me.

However this is not reflecting for other users using acrobat reader from the same server.

Is there a way to do this setting in such a way that it reflects for all citrix users?
