Disable Protected Mode using registry not working.

Hi all.

Our firm have just updated from version 18.0.11.20058 to version 19.0.11.20071 - but now have the issue that protected mode is not disabled when using the standard method of changing the following registry SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Policies\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureLockDown\bProtectedMode=0

can someone please help?

It's a good idea and recommended workflow to leave Protected Mode enabled. It should be transparent to users and not impact any workflows.
