Disabling Scrolling Bar

I need to disable my scrolling bar in full-screen mode. Since my PC has AMOLED Display, I don't want a static Scroll bar in my display

Hope you are doing well.

If we get this correct, you are willing to disable the scrolling feature while reading the document in "Full-screen mode." is that right?

Navigate to Acrobat/Reader>View>Page Display>select Single Page View. 

Note: you can not disable the scrolling permanently. However, continuous scrolling can be changed to a single page view.
