Hello, I am writing to ask for help with a problem that a member of my company is having that I have not been able to resolve.
It is a display problem (text and images become unreadable, see attached screenshot) that appears and disappears quite randomly when you click on the document, when you make an electronic signature or when you simply scroll through the document.

Here is some additional information if needed:
Version number of Acrobat Reader DC installed: 2022 001 20 117
The problem occurs on pdf documents from different sources: scanned documents or documents received by email.
The problem appeared since a change of laptop.
When dragging the Acrobat Reader window from one screen to another (if the laptop is connected to a fixed monitor for example) the problem occurs.
The list of fonts integrated in a pdf document is empty (I could only test on one document).
The problem appeared about three months ago.

Thanks in advance for your help

LATEST

Hello Francois,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience.

Please try updating the application to the latest version, version 22.001.20142.

You may either do it by clicking on Help-> Check for updates. Once updated, reboot the system and then try.

You can also do it from the link: Download Acrobat DC.

Let me know if the issues persist on the latest version as well.

Thanks,

Souvik.
