Display problems with the new versions of Adobe and PDF/A

Hi all, 

 

Actually, we inform you the following issue, that we've detected as an issue with the visualization of the PDF/A-3B:

 

In the previous version of Adobe Reader, when we have to open the file, it would show the cover. When browsing attachments, to return to the cover sheet, you had to select the View -> Portfolio -> Cover Sheet action. Ok, this is correct.

But, in the new version, when we have to open the same file, the cover is not shown, it's only shown the attached files. The option to view cover sheet does not appear.

Adobe gives the option to go back to the previous version. When we're doing this, the pdf is displayed correctly.

 

By the way, we inform you that Acrobat Reader version is: 2023.003.20284 (64 bit) Windows 10. On Windows 11 it seems that it works fine.

 

 

Could you please check it?
