Displaying pdf Issue

Has anybody been able to resolve the following error?

Cannot find or create the font 'Verdana-Italic'. Some characters may not display or print correctly.

More than likely, the font information isn't embedded in the pdf and if you even have that font type on your system, it may not match the one used in the pdf. Best thing to do if you can is to ask the creator of the pdf to embed font information.

Oddly my laptop has no issue reading it in Acrobat but my Desktop does not like it.  Its actually and airplane ticket that used to display correctly.
