Distribution License - Getting an error HTTP 400 - Bad Request (Request header is too large)

I'm trying to renew our corporate distribution license for Reader but keep seeing this error from their webserver, anyone else seeing this and is it down for long?

Sorry for the trouble.
I tested it for different geo's and it seems to be working fine right now. Can you try a different browser or incognito mode of the browser.
If the issue occurs again let us know the current time and your country.
