hi have enquire about a problem in adobe acrobat pro , when i press a tool to use this window shows me  (more tool components are being installed, we'll let you know when you can use the tool ) why ?

Thanks for reaching out. 

Do we assume you have signed up for Adobe Acrobat Pro just now? Is it the first time you are accessing the app or Tools?

Have you been able to complete the installation successfully? If it's showing the application is downloaded and installed, but the message (more tool components are being installed, we'll let you know when you can use the tool) appears. Then try the following:

1- Restart your computer

2- Open Acrobat Pro>click on the Profile icon at upper right>Sign Out and Sign In

3- Try reaccessing the Tools.
