Multiple desktops using Adobe Reader, submitting any A3 files to print (Fujifilm ApeosPro) will result in "this document cannot be printed" error, followed by "an error occurred while printing the document". The printer will emit a blank A3 page as well.

This occurs with any A3 document when set to A3 page size, scaling and printing on A4 does not occur.

The error occurs on 21.7.20099.454979 as well as the latest 2022.003.20310.0 Reader and Pro versions.

In the past this problem did not occur on version 21.11.20039.0 but my client wishes to upgrade their entire organisations SOE to a newer version of Acrobat.

SOE is Window 10 desktop environment.

Hi @GrantWilliams!,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader and the delayed response.

If you still experience the issue, we suggest updating the application to the latest version (2023.002.20244).

Also, you might want to check the printer preferences from the Devices & Printers in the Windows Settings if the settings match the ones you use on Acrobat.

Also, you might want to try additional steps with the printer settings from here: Advanced PDF print settings, Adobe Acrobat

Hope this helps.
