Document Cloud in Adobe Reader on Mac (no subscription)

Community Beginner ,
Jul 29, 2017 Jul 29, 2017

Hello,

I can't open nor find the option to access my cloud documents in the Adobe reader on my Mac Sierra although I can upload to and use the cloud services on my phone and iPad and can remember using it on my previous (windows) computer.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

Mike

Hi Mike,

As you have shared that it just Document Cloud storage that you can not see, so you may follow the instruction mentioned below and check the preferences setting of Adobe Reader DC.

Acrobat Reader>Preferences>General>Basic Tools

Make sure that 1- Show online storage when opening files and 2- Show online storage when saving files in "Checked"

If not, then select these options and press OK

Hope this will resolve the problem.

Regards,

Akanchha
