Document not rendering properly

New Here ,

Screenshot (2).png

Every time I open my forms and I move the mouse to any area of the document, the document turns black and scrambled. I tried some options on the Document Display settings, Rendering and Display Options and it does not help. Sometimes if I move the mouse out of the document the document displays properly. I already uninstalled and re-installed Acrobat Reader DC. Any ideas?

That's a messed up graphics problem.  Try updating your graphics drivers through the card manufactuer's website.

Hi Ihopr,

Apologies for the delay in response, I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the problem still persists, as described above, the document is not rendering properly.
