document size in email enlarged to 192%. How can I correct this?

When I email a pdf document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it enlarges to 192% when received. How can I correct this?

    That would just be the view on the receivers end which you can't change. Tell them to save the file and open in Reader and not depend on the email apps preview function (which may or may not even be using Adobe Reader to view)

    That would be fine if it were a supplier--but I'm sending out marketing emails trying to generate additional business. I'm not going to tell my potential customers they have to do all that to read my letter!

    Any other suggestions?

    That probably isn't the approach you want to take then. Keep in mind that many if not most people have file previews turned off in their email so assuming that they will see anything other than a notification that there is an attached file would be a mistake. Having file preview turned on is actually considered a security hazard since basically the file has to be opened on the system in order for it to be viewable. OR IT shop has very strict guidelines against this sort of thing.

    Generally, the proper way to handle this type of email would be to use an HTML based email rather than an attached or inserted file. This is also not a perfect solution either since that can be disabled as well.
