I'm on a laptop using Windows 10 Home and Adobe Reader Touch. Suddenly my PDF documents are opening as blank. But looking at the size of each file, I can see I haven't lost the document. So I tried opening them with another PDF program and they open just fine. What's going on with Adobe Reader Touch?
These are not scanned files, but PDFs that I've created by printing to PDF; or PDF files that have been emailed to me or I've downloaded. I am not on a company server, just my home PC.

Hi KathiHR,
As you have mentioned above, you are using the Adobe Reader Touch to open PDF on Windows 10. Adobe Reader Touch is an old and unsupported application.
Please install the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application from here https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
Then try to open the PDF in Reader DC.
Let us know if the issue still persists.
Regards,
Meenakshi
