Doesnt render document fonts properly, looks good in chrome and other

Question

As title says, we have alot of PDFs which are generated by our billing app and they randomly dont render properly, but they work in every other posibble PDF viewer app, or browsers like Chrome 100% correct every time.

This was tesetd on over 30 diffferent, and completly fresh installed Windows10/Acrobat reader , same issue.

I attached the example file, try opening it in Adobe or Chreom you will see

Your PDF uses a font Arial Nova Cond which has not been embedded into the file. So Reader can't display it correctly when that fonts isn't installed on the computer the PDF is viewed. In Browsers this may work, since they can download a suitable webfont. Reader won't do this. It accesses the fonts that are locally installed or embedded in a PDF.
