All the postings you read tell you to download an offline version of Adobe Reader DC - they refer to https://get.adobe.com\reader\enterprise - but the website is never upadated with the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Current version available on the website  : 2024.004.20220

Latest version availble from Adobe: 2024.005.20320
