downloading a book for my e-reader KOBO

Hi,

Here in the Netherlands, I am member of the local library; it facilitates e-books. The procedrue is as follows:

1) Choose a eBook

2) Login the Library

3) Download the book for the e-reader; the message means that the file cannot be opened because the file is not supported or the attachement is corrupt.

Further remarks: I do have the latest Acrobat reader version and some time ago I did not have any problems with downloading e-books.

Please advise

4) Then, when opening the link for the book, I get this message

    Acrobat Reader can't open this file. Open the file with Adobe Digital Editions.

    I am aware of that and I have Adobe Digital Editions on my laptop. But the

    link won't open.

    Did you open the file in ADE?
