Please explain why I'm not able to download the 64-bit Enterprise version of the English US version of Adobe Acrobat Reader? As contractors, this perception makes us look bad as though we are not competent enough to be using the 64-bit versions to deploy as an Intune packages when the users can download the perceived better 64-bit online installers themselves. All operating systems are now 64-bit. Why would a vendor not make the 64-bit version available? Note, we don't want to install the MUI version, just the 64-bit US English version.... Thank you in advance for taking the time to answer this question that is affecting so many IT Professionals.
Hi @Kurt_,
Currently, the only available version for 64-bit is the MUI version. I have raised this request with the engineering team from my side.
However, I would suggest you fill out the feature request form: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/ so it reaches directly to the engineering team for future implementations.

Hi @Kurt_,
Sorry for the delay.
Please find the response from the product team:
our recommendation for Enterprises is to install Reader MUI. Having MUI & Single language installed in their environment will be problematic for them to manage patching and is not recommended. They should remove single language installers and use MUI for all installs.

Thank you for the reply, but you may have misunderstood my challenge. I just want a 64-bit version of Acrobat Read EN-US, but only the 32-bit version is available from your site. I don't have an issue with the above because I can uninstall any version of Acrobat Reader before installing the one I'm standardizing on. We need to standardize on 64-bit software to match the 64-bit version of Windows 11.
Thank you, Kurt

*I hope others who read this post will do the same. 🙂 *

The installer .exe file already exists. They are just holding back giving it to you to be difficult. There's no "engineering" needed to give you the 64-bit installer.
The MUI installer actually downloads the .exe installer you're looking for, checking the logs, you'll find the download link.
