I use Adobe Secure Sign to request signatures for employment contracts. When I send the contract, I also send several other pre-employment documents. I've been doing this daily for months without issue. Suddenly, I can no longer drag & drop files. I have to click 'Add file' and manually add every single file (I can't click this and upload multiple at a time either) Is there any way to fix this?

1 . what product are you using? (Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader/Acrobat web/Adobe Sign web).
2. Which OS are you currently on?
3. Since when you started seeing the issue?
